2.Processed meat

Too much of eating red meat appears to increase your risk of stroke significantly. To reduce your risk for stroke, go for poultry and other proteins, such as fish or nuts as they can help you lower the risk.

3.Sugary foods

Taking too much sugar intake leads to diabetes, which is a risk factor for many health conditions, such as stroke. Generally, people with high blood sugar are 1.5 times more likely to have a stroke than people without diabetes.

4.Smoking

Smoking increases your odds of a stroke. Nicotine makes your blood pressure to rise. Cigarette smoke leads to fatty accumulation in your main neck artery. It also thickens your blood and makes it more likely to clot. Even secondhand smoke can affect you.
